Beef Steak
- How to make beef steak can be done at home, in the yard or while camping.   • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt

How to make beef steak :

  • Place the meat on a cutting board. Beat with a meat mallet until smooth.
  • Take a bowl, coat the meat with pepper, tomato sauce, sweet soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, salt, stock powder. Squeeze for the spices to infuse. Leave it for 15 minutes.
  • Heat a non-stick frying pan that has been greased with sesame oil. Add meat and spices. Cook while turning so that each side is cooked. Lift.
  • Saute vegetables: Add olive oil, sauté cabbage, chickpeas, red bell pepper, and salt until half wilted.
  • Serve black pepper steak with sauce and garnish.
