  • sweet soy sauce
  • 500 gr beef ribs, cut into pieces

  • 800 ml water

  • 12 shallots

  • 3 cm ginger

How to make :

  • Heat oil, saute ground spices, nutmeg, cumin, and bay leaf until fragrant and cooked.
